5. Returns and Refunds — Deluxe Sample Policy

We want every customer to love their purchase from Sapheir Roielle, which is why we provide deluxe sample versions of each product you buy in every one of your orders. This allows you to try the formula first before opening your full-sized item and forfeiting your opportunity to return for a refund.

Our Return Promise

• Every order includes small deluxe samples of the same products you purchased.

• You may use these samples to test and decide whether you wish to keep your full-sized items.

• Samples are always yours to keep, even if you choose to return the full-sized products.

Eligibility for Returns

• To qualify for a refund, full-sized products must be returned in their original boxes, fully sealed, in untampered, and unopened condition.
